HiPer™ Melt Coater / Laminator System
The Strahm HiPer™ Melt system is built around a core module incorporating one of 3 easily interchangeable coating units:
Gravure roller
3-roller
Slot die
The coating units can be exchanged without cooling down; they interlock automatically with the core module during docking.

HiPer™ Scat Coater for Pourable Solid Particles
This scatter coater is easily adaptable to a variety of pourable solids thanks to quick needle roller changeout and simple cleaning between runs. Consistent metering across the width and in the web direction provides very good, reproducible quality. The combination of the HiPer™ Scat with IR heaters and a laminating calender makes for an economical and flexible coating / laminating line.
